We are a Slovak family business established in 2005 by two brothers, architects – Juraj and Richard. Over the course of couple of years on the market, we have built a stable central-european company brand aiming at raising own projects and currently operating not only in Slovakia but also in Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine.
We are liable for the entire process of project making: from the initial inventive idea, through designing the documentation, providing needed permits, the sale of apartments, till we hand the keys of a new property over to its owners. We grant our clients complex care for their investment including financial counselling.
