The PANÓNKA apartment house meets all the criteria for living for a new generation. The eight-floor building with two underground floors is designed as one compact mass with a receding last floor. The building´s facade is rasterized around the perimeter by recessed loggias, which creates a playful and unusual overall architectural impression, considering the scale of a man.
