SEPTIMO 1 flat building is located in the built-up environment of the Dvory housing estate in Petržalka and its size and architecture have become an interesting accent of the location. The layout of the apartments is simple and transparent. Septimo 1 offered 39 residential units: one- and two-room apartments and apartments with an area of od 23 m2 – 73 m2, on five floors with an elevator. The basement of the building is closed and there are cellars and a boiler room in it. Directly under the building, there is an underground garage, exclusively for the house’s residents, equipped with separate entrances to the apartment units.
